Solo 450 Titanium Flat Iron Review

The first time I ever straightened my hair was last summer, after much pushing from my daughter for me to do it. After the first time I really liked the way my hair looked straight. I have such wild and frizzy hair that sometimes a change in look is good.

I have wanted a flat iron of my own ever since this, but never really knew what to look for, which one was the best, etc... Then I recently got the chance to check out the Solo 450 Titanium 1 inch Flat Iron from The Flat Iron Experts.

Cortex Solo 450 Collection is new to the market and made for professionals in the beauty industry. You probably could have guested this iron heats up to 450 degrees F, the hottest in the market. Adjustable heat and ergonomically designed this flat iron can be used on ultra thick frizzy hair or ultra thin hair. The results are amazing!

I am really impressed with this flat iron. I wasn't sure if I would be able to straighten my hair on my own because it is so thick and out of control. Not to mention how long my hair is, and my daughter is usually the one that does it for me to make sure I don't miss any spots lol. But I was able to accomplish my goal and got it straightened on my own.

Just check this out. This is what my hair looked like before I straightened it. (I don't take very good pictures so please don't laugh at my weird looking faces lol)
Now look at the results and how much better and more tame my wild mane looks after being straightened.

I love the way this looks! Not to mention my hair feels softer and lighter too when it is straight. It is much easier to take care of when it is straight too. And yes my hair is very thick and frizzy and I was still able to accomplish this with no help from anyone. And I am completely impressed with the results.

I would say to anyone out there who is like me that has wild, untamed hair and is looking for the right flat iron to use, this is definitely the way to go!
